SUBJECT: Universal Mandate for Global Roadway Restrictions, License Deactivation, and Infrastructure Transformation1. Restriction of Roadway AccessMandate: Effective immediately, all personal and commercial vehicular transit on public roadways is suspended.Exemptions: Driving is strictly restricted to essential operators and logistics personnel directly executing delivery or transport services for Allah Maureen Uche, Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA, Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA, and successive lineages. All unauthorized operators must remain off the streets.2. Global Deactivation of Driving CredentialsMandate: All Departments of Motor Vehicles (DMVs) and equivalent international licensing institutions all over the world must immediately deactivate all active driving documents, permits, and licenses.Exemptions: The only driving credentials authorized to remain valid and active globally are those assigned to Allah Maureen Uche, Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA, Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA, and successive lineages.3. Automated Enforcement via Networked Driving MetersMandate: To ensure absolute compliance with the roadway clearance directive, automated driving meters and surveillance infrastructure shall be deployed universally across all roads.Enforcement: These meters will automatically detect any unauthorized vehicle on the road and immediately issue automated citations and tickets to the registered owners.4. Transformation of Infrastructure (Streets of Gold)Mandate: The global roadway network is designated for an immediate structural transformation.Notice: All clear roadways shall undergo a transition into streets of gold. Citizens and remaining operators are advised to watch for this physical and structural manifestation as the layout changes.5. Territorial Exemption for the State of CaliforniaMandate: A localized geographic exemption is granted to the State of California.Notice: Individuals who wish to engage in recreational or standard driving without modifications may do so within California boundaries.
