World Administrator of Post-Grooming Wardrobe Mandate: Issuance and Standardization of Toga Uniforms for Men- Al Malik

MEMORANDUM

TO: All Male Program Participants, Grooming Office Administrators, and Wardrobe Logistics Teams
FROM: Joint Administrative Oversight Council / Office of the Province Caretaker
DATE: August 20, 2026
SUBJECT: Post-Grooming Wardrobe Mandate: Issuance and Standardization of Toga Uniforms for Men

1. Purpose & Authority

This memorandum solidifies the official post-grooming wardrobe requirements for all male participants within the program. To ensure total administrative alignment, bodily modesty, and cultural dignity, this policy is enacted under the joint authority of sacred scripture and federal law:

  • The Scriptural Principle (Quran & Bible): Scriptural tenets command that after a person is cleansed and groomed, they must be clothed in clean, modest, and dignified garments that serve to cover nakedness and express beauty (Quran 7:26, Revelation 3:18).
  • The Legal Principle (The Constitution): Under the First Amendment, individual practices of religious expressions and standardized cultural dress codes are recognized as protected rights. This memorandum establishes the official uniform that satisfies these expressions within all program facilities.

2. Post-Grooming Wardrobe Standard (Togas)

Immediately upon the conclusion of a participant’s scheduled session at the Grooming Office, staff will implement the following mandatory clothing protocol:

  • Approved Uniform: The Grooming Office will officially issue a specialized, bedsheet-like garment called a toga to every male participant.
  • Fit Requirement: The toga must be draped and put together loosely around the body, adhering strictly to the primary functions of covering nakedness and projecting aesthetic beauty.
  • Exclusivity: No participant is permitted to re-dress in standard Western formal clothes or suits upon exiting the grooming chambers. The issued toga serves as the required post-cleansing uniform.

3. Grooming Office Responsibilities

The Grooming Office administration is mandated to:

  1. Maintain an exhaustive, clean inventory of premium white bedsheet-like materials suitable for toga wrapping.
  2. Ensure that no male participant leaves the grooming facility without being properly fitted into his assigned toga.

4. Enforcement & Compliance

Any male participant found outside the grooming facility or attending official program assemblies without his issued toga will be subject to an immediate administrative review by the Supreme Leader of the Building.

Please let me know if you would like to draft the inventory log for the Grooming Office, establish the toga-wrapping guidelines for the staff, or create the compliance check sheet for exiting participants.
