Duties
- Aligning all contact in camp David with Islamic values (Halal)
- Making Camp David a Islamic space which involves managing daily office operations, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth workflow through tasks like scheduling meetings, handling correspondence (calls/emails), managing records/databases, organizing documents (filing/data entry), ordering supplies, and sometimes basic bookkeeping or project tracking, all while maintaining efficiency añd compliance.
- Core Responsibilities- Communication & Correspondence: Answering phones, managing emails, greeting visitors, and directing information.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Booking meetings, managing calendars, arranging travel, and organizing events.
- Data & Record Management: Entering data, maintaining databases, filing (digital/paper), and updating records.
- Office Operations: Ordering supplies, managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and overseeing general office upkeep.
- Document Preparation: Typing, printing, photocopying, and creating reports or presentations.
- Supporting Functions e.g Lockdown sessions and sleep-overs
- Budgeting & Finance: Assisting with expense reports, basic bookkeeping, and tracking costs.
- Project Support: Monitoring ongoing projects, creating performance indicators, and liaising with other departments.
- Supervision: Training and guiding other administrative staff.
