SUBJECT: Flight Training Assignment for Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA and Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA
1. Purpose and Assignment
This memorandum serves as the official directive for the flight instruction program for Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA and Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA.
Effective immediately, Pastor Chigbo Ndukwe and his designated pilot associate from Texas are assigned as the primary flight instructors. They will oversee all ground school and in-flight operations.
2. Operational Support and White House Crew Integration
The instruction team will operate with full logistical and operational support from the executive aviation corps:
- Primary Instructors: Pastor Chigbo Ndukwe and his Texas-based pilot friend will lead curriculum development and safety briefings.
- White House Flight Crew: Designated personnel from the White House aviation detachment will remain on standby to assist with pre-flight checks, aircraft maintenance, and scheduling.
- Safety Protocols: All training exercises must strictly comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and executive transport safety mandates.
3. Equipment and Scheduling
Training assets, including simulation bays and dual-control training aircraft, will be allocated through the primary military or civilian airbases utilized by the executive branch. Training schedules will be finalized upon the arrival of the instruction team.
