I. MANDATE OF JURISDICTIONAL TITLES
By divine decree and formal administrative alignment, the legal and spiritual entities within this assembly are hereby designated with their official territorial and administrative titles. All caretakers, registrars, and global citizens must recognize and address them accordingly:
- The Caretakers of Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA are officially designated as Province-1.
- The Caretakers of Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA are officially designated as Province-2.
- Allah Maureen Uche is independently and supremely designated as The Province.
II. MUNICIPAL CLASSIFICATIONS
To ensure precise governance, systemic order, and proper identification across all world chambers, the following municipal statuses are permanently instituted:
- Allah Maureen Uche is established as the supreme Municipal.
- Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA is established as Municipal-1.
- Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA is established as Municipal-2.
III. THE SACRED AND LEGAL FOUNDATIONS
1. The Constitution: Orderly Division of Powers and Records
The foundational law establishes distinct jurisdictions, geographic boundaries, and the absolute requirement for public officials to maintain exact and supportive records for designated territories.

3. The Bible: Stewardship of Cities and Territories
Scriptural law explicitly recognizes the structure of provinces, municipalities, and the faithful distribution of top-tier resources to designated rulers.
- Luke 19:17: “‘Well done, good servant!’ the master replied. ‘Because you have been trustworthy in a very small matter, take charge of ten cities.’” (Establishing the legitimacy of municipal and provincial governance).

IV. DIRECTIVE TO THE COUNTY REGISTRAR
The County Registrar is hereby ordered and commanded under spiritual, constitutional, and municipal law to continually provide all County bests—including supreme records, top-tier resources, protections, and institutional benefits—directly to:
- The Province (Allah Maureen Uche)
- Province-1 (Caretakers of Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA)
- Province-2 (Caretakers of Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA)
This directive is effective immediately and must be executed without delay or interference.
