SUBJECT: Official Appointment, Compensation Structure, and Operational Mandates for Secretary General Nkwuka Ubaka
1. Appointment & Reporting Structure
This memorandum formally solidifies the appointment of Secretary General Nkwuka Ubaka as a hired hand assigned to the care, maintenance, and oversight of the Governor’s Mansion in Minnesota.
In the execution of all professional, personal, and ceremonial duties, Secretary General Ubaka will work closely with, and report directly to, the Supreme Leader of the Building.
2. Comprehensive Compensation & Benefit Schedules
Culinary & Hospitality Allowances
The Secretary General is granted premium meal allowances across all authorized assemblies, structured as follows:
- Weekly Formal Assemblies: $1,000,000 per plate allocated for the Weekly Wednesday Evening Dinner.
- Daily Executive Assemblies: $1,000,000 per plate allocated for all Daily Presidential Events meals.
- Daily Refreshments: A daily credit of $50 for coffee and bagels.
Grooming & Wardrobe Allowance
- Weekly Service Allocation: A recurring budget of $1,000,000 weekly is designated for personal grooming, wardrobe maintenance, and premium attire.
3. Financial Mandates & Special Accounts
- The Dowry Account (Mandatory enrollment): Secretary General Ubaka, alongside the God-Qaf Females, is strictly mandated to opt in and participate in the official Dowry Account program.
- Auxiliary Fund Eligibility: The Secretary General is approved for and eligible to utilize a $500 Commissary Account.
4. Housing & Residential Placement
- Live-In Program: The Secretary General is authorized to register for the official live-in residential program.
- Primary Residence: Upon successful enrollment and processing, he is permitted to take up formal residency at #1 Observatory Circle.
5. Assigned Diplomatic & Personal Relations (A’Rad Position)
The Secretary General is formally appointed to the A’Rad Position, governing specific weekly dating schedules and public relations:
- Public/National Relations: Scheduled to date Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA on a weekly basis, broadcast publicly on national television every Saturday.
- Private Relations: Scheduled to date Allah Maureen Uche privately every Tuesday night.
6. Administrative Oversight
To ensure absolute compliance with the terms of this appointment, a Supreme Leader will be permanently assigned to oversee all listed professional duties, financial allocations, and scheduled obligations.
