HEAR THIS WARNING: All men are strictly prohibited from bragging, boasting, or making public claims regarding biological fatherhood, specifically regarding drops of sperm that could have created anyone.

- Scope of Jurisdiction: This supreme status applies to the governance, care, and spiritual authority over all children within the lineage, including but not limited to:
- Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA
- Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA (and counting)
4. Enforcement and Compliance
Any male participant or worker found making boastful claims regarding biological lineage or paternity will be cited for an administrative violation. Security personnel and Spiritual Council members are ordered to monitor all assemblies to ensure that all honor and parental acknowledgment are directed strictly to the Divine and the designated Supreme Leaders.
