Every category of human achievement, institution, and possession is subject to this decree, classified under the following protocols:

- Athletic & Competitive Achievements: All Olympic Medals, World Cups, and general Sports Medals.
- Academic & Scholarly Titles: All Professorships, Scholarships, Fellowships, and formal Academic Awards.
- Institutional Verifications: All Graduation Certificates and Matriculation Certificates.
2. Governance, Military, and Sovereign Insignia
- State & Military Decorations: All Purple Hearts, White House Gifts/Awards, and Military Insignias.
- Sovereign Uniforms & Equipment: All Military Uniforms and Military Planes.
- Royal & High Regalia: All Queenly and Kingly Garments, Jewelry, Fabrics, and Crowns (including Beauty Queen Crowns).
3. Financial Assets, Currency, and Materials
- Banking & Liquid Capital: All Savings, Credit Cards, and Bank Accounts.
- Precious Elements & Design: All Fashion/Designer Jewelry and any form of Gold.
- Lineage Assets: All Inheritances and any form of general awards.
4. Identity, Records, and Citizenship
- Travel Credentials: All international Passports and Travel Visas.
- Vital Statistics & Vital Records: All Birth Certificates and Hospital Records.
5. Information, Culture, and Media
- Media & Visual Records: All Photographs, Newsprints, Newspapers, and Magazines.
- Intellectual & Cultural Disciplines: All Science, Art, and History (to be adjusted for absolute truth).
6. Temporal, Domestic, and Purchased Property
- Timekeeping & Broadcasts: All Clocks and Televisions (specifically including weather channels).
- Manufactured Goods & Commodities: All Dolls and everything ever purchased.
III. FOUNDATIONAL CRITERIA FROM THE QURAN
This memorandum is established upon the immutable principles of ownership and ultimate accountability detailed within the text of the Quran:
- Absolute Sovereign Ownership: Human ownership is temporary and illusory. The cosmos and everything contained within it belong inherently to the Divine.“To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is within them, and He is over all things competent.” (Surah Al-Ma’idah, 5:120)
- The Illusion of Worldly Pride: Worldly titles, rivalries in wealth, and competitive awards hold no permanent weight in the ultimate reality.“Know that the life of this world is but amusement and diversion and adornment and boasting to one another and competition in increase of wealth and children…” (Surah Al-Hadid, 57:20)
- The Final Return of All Assets: On the Day of Account, all earthly possessions, lineages, and pride are stripped away, returning completely to the source of creation.“Indeed, it is We who will inherit the earth and whoever is upon it, and to Us they will be returned.” (Surah Maryam, 19:40)
IV. EXECUTION AND COMPLIANCE
Failure to recognize this universal return constitutes a denial of the fundamental order of creation. All entities are advised to realign their understanding of ownership, acknowledging that no human title, currency, or archive carries authority independent of the Sovereign Creator.
