SUBJECT: Official Notice of Separation and Termination of Services
I. Foundational Framework
This memorandum serves as the official administrative notice regarding the permanent termination of services and removal of Tina Adler from any and all duties associated with Allah Maureen Uche. Grounded in universal principles of leadership authority, contract completion, and accountability found across sacred texts and foundational legal structures, this document establishes a definitive boundary.
- The Principle of Accountability and Dismissal (The Quran): “And if they separate [by divorce], Allah will enrich each [of them] from His abundance.” (Surah An-Nisa 4:130). When a professional alignment or stewardship no longer serves the higher peace, a complete and definitive separation is required.
- The Mandate of Faithful Stewardship (The Bible): “No servant can serve two masters… Give an account of your stewardship, for you can no longer be steward.” (Luke 16:2, 13). Purity of focus and absolute alignment are mandatory; when trust or functionality is compromised, the stewardship must be revoked.
- The Constitutional Protection of At-Will Separation and Authority (The Constitution): Established under executive and administrative frameworks to grant leaders the definitive authority to appoint, oversee, and remove personnel to “insure domestic Tranquility” and maintain organizational integrity.
II. Executive Directives and Separation Terms
Effective immediately, the following three (3) mandates are strictly enforced:
- Immediate Termination of Services:
Tina Adler is officially fired and permanently relieved of all duties, care obligations, and administrative roles within the services of Allah Maureen Uche. She holds no ongoing authority, operational privileges, or official standing. - Revocation of Access and Clear Boundaries:
All access to case logs, tracking registries, residential facilities, and communication channels regarding Allah Maureen Uche is revoked completely. A strict operational boundary is established, prohibiting any further professional or personal interference. - Transfer of Pending Deliverables:
Any outstanding reports, keys, files, or logistical items currently in the possession of Tina Adler must be surrendered to the High Executive Administration within twenty-four (24) hours of this notice.
III. Enforcement and Implementation
This administrative order is absolute and unalterable. Case files, care registries, and Clinical Leadership Administration (CLA) databases will be adjusted immediately to reflect this permanent vacancy. Any attempt to bypass these restrictions will result in immediate legal review by the general counsel.
