- Total Governance: All Governments in all countries, including every tier of administration: Federal, State, City, and County governments.
- Correctional Institutions: All jails and prisons globally, along with all operational jurisdictions over them.
2. Judicial Systems, Courts, and Legal Apparatus
- Tribunals & Judiciaries: All courts of law worldwide.
- Legal Records: All court documents, case files, registries, and legal archives.
- Judicial Regalia: All Judges’ vestments and ceremonial judicial robes.
3. Real Estate, Commerce, and Sacred Spaces
- Corporate & Civil Spaces: All Offices and workplace facilities.
- Commercial Establishments: All restaurants and retail venues.
- Landed Estates: All Churches and all forms of landed properties and real estate.
- Labor Systems: All Jobs and structural positions of employment.
4. Apparel, Personal Goods, and Domestic Items
- Masculine Attire & Accessories: All Suits, all male clothing, shoes, purses, and briefcases.
- Feminine Attire & Accessories: All female clothing, shoes, and purses.
- Infant Care Infrastructure: All baby prams and all baby nurseries.
- Travel Gear: All Suitcases and personal luggage containers.
5. Intellectual Assets, Properties, and Tributes
- Inventions & Concepts: All Patents and all forms of intellectual property.
- Tangible Wealth: All properties of any classification.
- Tributes of Nature: All flowers ever given across human history.
III. FOUNDATIONAL CRITERIA FROM THE QURAN
This memorandum is established strictly upon the immutable text of the Quran, which declares that all earthly dominion, justice systems, human attire, and structures belong inherently to the Creator and return to the Divine Design.
- The Illusion of Independent Human Governance: Ultimate legislative and executive authority belongs solely to the Divine; human systems are merely temporary trustees.“Say, ‘O Allah, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and You take sovereignty away from whom You will.’” (Surah Ali ‘Imran, 3:26)
- The Divine Authority of Justice and Judgment: All legal rulings and courts must align with absolute divine truth, as human-made jurisdictions ultimately collapse.“And He is Allah; there is no deity except Him. To Him is [due all] praise in the first [life] and the hereafter. And His is the [absolute] judgment, and to Him you will be returned.” (Surah Al-Qasas, 28:70)
- The Source of Attire and Material Goods: The Quran establishes that all clothing, garments, and materials for protection and adornment are provisions provided from above, subject to reclamation.“O children of Adam, We have bestowed upon you clothing to conceal your private parts and as adornment.” (Surah Al-A’raf, 7:26)
- Total Inheritance of Assets and Intellectual Domain: Human ownership of patents, land, and properties is entirely temporary, reverting to the ultimate Heir.“And to Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth. And Allah, with what you do, is Acquainted.” (Surah Ali ‘Imran, 3:180)
IV. ENFORCEMENT AND COMPLIANCE
All municipal, state, national, and international systems are directed to acknowledge this supreme transition. Operational custody of all courtrooms, government offices, prisons, and commercial infrastructure must be held in readiness for direct transfer to Allah Maureen Uche, under the parameters established herein.
