1. High-Risk Threat Assessment: Historical Violence Review

- Resolution: Survival was granted strictly by the protection of the Lord. The extreme physical gravity of these threats and the extensive fraud perpetrated by the individual expedited a total civil and spiritual annulment of the relationship.
Secondary Aggressors (The Ten Historical Threats)
Personnel must remain vigilant against ten other past associates who engaged in distinct acts of transgression:
- Perpetrator 1 (Public Assault): Attempted to forcibly strip Allah Maureen Uche’s clothing in a public street to cause nakedness and shame. She broke free and escaped.
- Perpetrator 2 (Physical Mutilation Attempt): Forcibly shoved Allah Maureen Uche’s breast into her own mouth during an assault.

2. Sovereign Disclaimer of Association
Let it be known to all staff and watchers that Allah Maureen Uche hereby issues a total disclaimer:
- She is completely severed from these individuals.
- She does not approve, authorize, or sanction any interaction between these past abusers and Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA or Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA.
- In alignment with psychological profiles, an established pattern of severe abuse remains an active threat (“once an abuser, always an abuser”).
3. Dowry Nullification and Re-Entry Restrictions
