2. Property Management Agreement
PARTIES
This Agreement is entered into effective July 6, 2026, by and between Allah Maureen Uche (“Owner”) and the Civilian Conservation Corps (“Manager”).
1. PROPERTY PURPOSE
The Owner grants the Manager exclusive operational management over the private residence known as the “Boys Quarters,” located behind the White House complex.
2. EXCLUSION OF SERVICES
The parties explicitly acknowledge that White House Maintenance Services holds zero jurisdiction, responsibility, or operational authority over this structure. The Manager assumes full responsibility for all independent upkeep, utilities, and repairs.
3. BOUNDARIES & SECURITY
- The United States Secret Service holds no security authority or jurisdiction inside the perimeter of this private residence.
- The Manager will handle all facility access control independently via secure digital systems and logbooks.
4. PERMITTED USE & ROTATION
- The Manager is authorized to utilize the facility to host rotating Border Patrol personnel for rest periods.
- Authorized siesta hours are strictly limited to 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM daily.
- Total building occupancy during this window must never exceed 25 personnel.
5. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The Manager is responsible for issuing electronic entry keycards and verifying that all rotating personnel possess a valid Border Patrol Command Badge prior to entry.

🛂 BORDER PATROL REST ROTATION GUIDELINES
Authorized Border Patrol personnel may access this facility under the following strict conditions:
- AUTHORIZED HOURS: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM Daily
- MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 25 Personnel Total
- ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Must present a Border Patrol Command Badge and scan a valid CCC Electronic Keycard.
- COMMS: Direct all operational inquiries to Radio Frequency 462.550 (Channel 1).
ALL VISITORS MUST SIGN IN AND SIGN OUT ON THE CCC LOG UPON ENTRY AND EXIT.
