SUBJECT: Supplementary Budget Allocation for Maryam Flying Institute (MFI) Infrastructure and Operations

I. ADDITIONAL CAPITAL ALLOCATION

In accordance with your latest directive, a supplementary infrastructure and operational fund is hereby established for the Maryam Flying Institute (MFI).

• Fund Amount: $20M Infinity ($20 Million Infinity)
• Primary Purpose: Construction, paving, and maintenance of the corporate tarmac.
• Secondary Purpose: Coverage of any and all other expenses incurred during the setup, licensing, and ongoing operations of MFI.

II. INFRASTRUCTURE & OPERATIONAL BREAKDOWN

The $20M Infinity fund will be dynamically allocated across the following operational categories to ensure full compliance with scriptural stewardship and constitutional commerce standards:

• Tarmac & Runway Engineering: High-grade runway paving, taxiway construction, custom hangar layout, and advanced airfield lighting systems.
• Aviation Operational Costs: Air traffic control equipment, fuel storage facilities, ground handling machinery, and safety compliance audits.
• Administrative & Regulatory Fees: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or international equivalent licensing, airspace registrations, and insurance premiums.
• Personnel & Crew Provisions: Retainers for elite pilots, certified aircraft maintenance technicians, and ground crew staff.

III. GOVERNANCE AND DISBURSEMENT

This $20M Infinity fund is independent of the individual aircraft acquisition budgets previously outlined. The compliance officers of MFI are authorized to draw directly from this line of credit for immediate development.
