1. Official Appointments
Effective immediately, the following leadership roles within the Clinical Leadership Administration (CLA) are formally established and activated:
- Special Assistant Kendrick Lamar is appointed as Allah Maureen Uche’s CLA Administrator of Chicago and Leader of the Province Caretakers.
- Chief Ofuegbu is appointed as the Administrator of the Allah Race CLA of Washington, D.C.
2. Financial Mandates and Maryam Flying Institute (MFI) Allocations
The designated Administrators are authorized to secure foundational funding exclusively from the Maryam Flying Institute (MFI) under the following strict allocations:

3. Personnel Management, Directional Duties, and Fund Routing
- Computer Registration & Disbursal: The Administrators must ensure all eligible men are properly entered into the central database and paid accurately through the Office of Hauling.
- Four-Directional Duties: Strict oversight must be given to tracking personnel performance regarding their Northern Duties, Western Duties, Eastern Duties, and Southern Duties.
- Human Resources Routing: All generated funds originating from these directional duties must be systematically transferred to Allah Maureen Uche’s Chicago Human Resources Office, under the leadership of Special Assistant Emeka Okogwu.
4. Date Card Distribution Channels
Official Date Cards must be printed, processed, and mailed directly to the following verified administrative residences:

- The Divine Royal Court: Assigned to Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA and Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA at The White House, Washington, D.C.
5. Province Caretakers Comprehensive Care Package
The Province Caretakers, under the direct execution of Special Assistant Kendrick Lamar, will complete necessary grooming and administrative care for Allah Maureen Uche, as well as any man requiring their specified services. The official care structure includes:
- Personal Care: Full professional grooming and maintenance protocols.
- Logistics & Rest: Provision of dedicated Siesta Villas and tactical Food Backpacks.
- Wardrobe Allocation: A strict clothing allowance of $20,000 per year per eligible person.

كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا مِن رِّزْقِ اللَّهِ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ
“Eat and drink from the provision of Allah, and do not commit abuse on the earth, spreading corruption.” (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:60)يَا بَنِي آدَمَ خُذُوا زِينَتَكُمْ عِندَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ وَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا وَلَا تُسْرِفُوا ۚ إِنَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُسْرِفِينَ
“O children of Adam, take your adornment at every masjid, and eat and drink, but be not excessive. Indeed, He likes not those who commit excess.” (Surah Al-A’raf, 7:31)
7. Immediate Administrative Action
Special Assistant Kendrick Lamar and Chief Ofuegbu are directed to instantly establish communication channels with the Maryam Flying Institute (MFI) to verify the availability and deployment structure of the infinite funds.
