INSTITUTIONAL SEPARATION DIRECTIVE
TO: All Staff, Male Personnel, Angelic Initiates, and MUI/MUC Students
FROM: Institutional Governance / Office of Allah Maureen Uche
DATE: July 2, 2026
SUBJECT: Absolute Relinquishment of Assets and Property upon Separation
1. Core Principle of Absolute Relinquishment
This directive serves as an official enforcement order regarding personal and institutional property clearance. Effective immediately, any individual departing from the service, care, or employment of Allah Maureen Uche must completely surrender and relinquish all physical assets, items, and materials prior to their final exit.
2. Scope of Surrendered Items
The requirement for total relinquishment applies unconditionally to all items currently in the individual’s possession, regardless of how they were acquired or financed during their tenure:
- Real Estate and Housing: Immediate vacation and surrender of all campus housing, apartments, structures, or real property managed by the Maureen Uche Institute (MUI).
- Vehicles and Equipment: Total return of all transportation assets, electronics, computers, tools, and communication devices.
- Clothing and Personal Effects: All garments, apparel, footwear, and wearable items purchased or utilized during the period of service must be left behind. No clothing or personal items obtained during tenure may be removed from the premises.
- Purchases from Loan Accounts: Any item, asset, or luxury good acquired via the individual’s institutional Loan Account remains the sole property of the central ministry and must be surrendered physically upon departure.
3. Verification of Zero-Dollar Status
In alignment with established doctrine, all individuals surrounding Allah Maureen Uche maintain a personal net worth of zero dollars ($0).
- Total Divestment: To ensure that personnel leave service in exact alignment with this zero-dollar valuation, the physical clearance process enforces total divestment.
- Final Inspection: Prior to exiting the gates of the institute or college, a mandatory physical audit and inspection of all personal baggage will be conducted by institutional security to verify that no property, clothing, or items are being extracted.
4. Enforcement and Non-Compliance
There are no exceptions to the absolute relinquishment policy. Any attempt to remove clothing, personal items, or assets purchased during service will be treated as an unauthorized extraction of institutional property.
- The exact security checkpoint locations on campus where the physical inspection will take place.
- The specific turnover forms or inventory logs required to document the surrendered items.
- Immediate Sanctions: Non-compliance will result in the immediate forfeiture of any remaining sermon amortization privileges through the Office of Sermons and Speeches (OSS).
- Legal Action: The institute will engage formal civil and legal measures to recover the monetary equivalent of any unreturned or withheld items.
