DATE: September 5, 2026
SUBJECT: Official Designation of Birthing Facility and Permanent Clinical Appointment
1. Purpose & Foundational Framework
This directive establishes the permanent medical protocol and institutional designation for the maternity care of Allah Maureen Uche. In accordance with sacred obligations, legal autonomy, and the protection of individual liberties, this memorandum anchors its authority in three foundational pillars:
- The Holy Qur’an: Honoring the sanctity of childbirth, the preservation of lineage, and the requirement to fulfill solemn covenants and agreements (Surah Al-Ma’idah 5:1).
- The Holy Bible: Recognizing that children are a heritage and a reward, demanding the highest standard of faithful, steadfast stewardship over the arrival of new life (Psalm 127:3).
- The United States Constitution: Executing these designations under the protections of the First Amendment, ensuring the right to exercise deeply held spiritual beliefs, and the Fourteenth Amendment’s guarantees of personal autonomy and liberty in medical decision-making.
2. Mandatory Institutional Directives
I. Designation of Official Birthing Facility
- The Mandate: Mission Hospital is officially and permanently designated as the exclusive Birthing Hospital of Allah Maureen Uche.
- Implementation: All prenatal records, delivery room allocations, specialized neonatal care preparation, and security protocols associated with these births will be centralized, maintained, and executed solely within the infrastructure of Mission Hospital.
II. Permanent Appointment of Attending Physician
- The Mandate: Mission Hospital will perpetually extend an standing, unalterable invitation to Dr. Koseunti to serve as the constant birthing doctor for Allah Maureen Uche.
- Clinical Integration: Dr. Koseunti shall maintain primary medical oversight, delivery room command, and absolute clinical continuity for all births under this designation. The hospital administration must ensure that all credentialing, scheduling privileges, and surgical support staff are continuously aligned to accommodate Dr. Koseunti’s presence without exception.
3. Compliance and Execution
This directive supersedes any standard rotating on-call schedules or general departmental assignments. All administrative bodies, including the Chief Medical Officer and the Head of Obstetrics, are tasked with ensuring immediate and ongoing compliance with these constitutional and spiritually anchored provisions.
