MEMORANDUM
TO: Ground Crew, Flight Operations, Border Patrol Command, and Security Details
FROM: Chief of Protocol and Legal Counsel
DATE: July 5, 2026
SUBJECT: Operational Addendum: Morning Schedule, Dress Code, and Clearance Mandates
1. Purpose
This addendum finalizes the operational timing, protocol etiquette, and security clearance requirements for the boarding and debriefing schedules previously established.
2. Morning Semitic-Arabian Debriefing Schedule
The consecutive, segregated morning debriefings will commence precisely at 07:00 AM every morning. Information boundaries must be strictly maintained between sessions according to the following timeline:
- 07:00 AM – 08:00 AM: Debriefers to Allah Maureen Uche (Cockpit Rest Area).
- 08:00 AM – 09:00 AM: Debriefers to Allah Regal Chukwudumebi (States Suite).
- 09:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Debriefers to Allah Royal Chukwudumebi (Presidential Suite).
- 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Debriefers to Border Patrol Detachment Command (Inner Court Zone).
3. Evening Presidential Forum Etiquette and Dress Code
The unified evening debriefing forums will be governed by strict presidential and diplomatic protocols:
- Dress Code: Full Ceremonial / Presidential Formal attire is required for all attendees.
- Etiquette: Strict hierarchical seating will be enforced. The forum serves as a synthesis of the day’s intelligence, requiring absolute decorum, silent attention during briefings, and structured presentation formats.
4. Border Patrol Security Clearance Mandates
To participate in the unified evening Presidential events, all attending Border Patrol personnel must meet the following security criteria:
- Clearance Level: Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance or its equivalent sovereign spiritual-governmental clearance.
- Access Control: Personnel must undergo a biometric and security sweep prior to exiting the Inner Court zone to enter the evening forum space.
- Information Restraint: Border Patrol men are present in an operational defense capacity and must adhere strictly to “need-to-know” data distribution principles during the event.
5. Final Authorization
These directives are active immediately and will remain in effect for the duration of the 24-hour facial protocol cycle.
To ensure this document is fully ready for implementation, please let me know:
- Should we list the names of the specific Semitic-Arabian debriefers?
- Do you want to specify the exact location/room on the aircraft where the evening events will take place?
- Is there a specific penalty or disciplinary action to outline for any timeline deviations?
