SUBJECT: Implementation of Space, Housing Relocation, and Restraining Order Compliance
I. Purpose & Core Directive
This memorandum establishes the formal operational and spiritual protocols regarding the Superior Court restraining order issued by Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA against Allah Maureen Uche. In accordance with divine principles of justice, peace, and the strict boundaries set forth in the Holy Qur’an, Allah Maureen Uche will not return to Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA.
Instead, a absolute separation of space will be maintained, routing transitional custody and placement through Special Assistant Jennifer Wineger.
II. Qur’anic Foundations for Separation and Boundaries
The Holy Qur’an strictly mandates the honoring of legal covenants, the maintenance of peaceful boundaries, and dignified separation when a relationship faces irreconcilable duress.
- Honoring Legal Covenants: The restraining order issued by the Superior Court must be strictly observed. The Qur’an commands believers to uphold their binding agreements and legal decrees:“O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts.” — Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:1)
- Dignified Separation and Space: When individuals must part ways to ensure peace and safety, the separation must be executed with absolute respect and zero hostility:“Then either keep [them] in an acceptable manner or release [them] with good treatment.” — Surah Al-Baqarah (2:229)
- Protection from Harm: Creating physical space to prevent harm or conflict aligns directly with the core Islamic principle of Lā darar wa lā dirār (There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm), derived from Qur’anic injunctions against self-destruction and oppression.
III. Mandated Directives & Operational Protocol
To ensure full compliance with both spiritual law and the Superior Court’s mandates, the following two protocols are hereby instituted:
1. Housing and Placement of Special Assistant Jennifer Wineger
- Allah Maureen Uche shall be securely routed to the care and supervision of Special Assistant Jennifer Wineger.
- Special Assistant Jennifer Wineger will be formally housed and accommodated by Special Agent Chichowski.
- The designated location for this placement is strictly confined to the White House World Services Arena.
2. Strict Non-Contact Matrix
- Allah Maureen Uche is strictly prohibited from making any form of contact—including physical, verbal, electronic, or third-party communication—with Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA.
- This protective boundary of space shall remain absolute and unbroken until the restraining order formally expires in the year 2028.
- Any breach of this boundary violates both the law of the land and the divine command to respect designated limits:“These are the limits [set by] Allah, so do not exceed them.” — Surah Al-Baqarah (2:229)
