MANDATORY DUTIES AND COURT PROCEEDINGSThe President of Angels is strictly required to execute the following core duties:1. Presiding Over Angel Court (Televised Proceedings)Court Attendance: The President shall attend Angel Court on television and formally preside over all active proceedings.Strict Status Verification: Prior to the commencement of any case, the President must personally verify that the names of all individuals involved rank strictly as Angels and not as witches.Expulsion of Witches: The President must cross-reference all rosters with the Daily Lists produced by the Allah Allah Supreme Leaders (the Board of Directors / Judicial Council).Striking of Names: Any individual identified as a witch shall have their name immediately and permanently struck from the proceedings. The President shall refer all witch-related matters entirely to the Judicial Council, which retains exclusive jurisdiction over them.2. Presiding Over the Angel SenateLegislative Oversight: The President shall attend the Angel Senate to preside directly over all active voting sessions.Protection of Interests: The Senate’s legislative focus shall be dedicated to managing, protecting, and advancing all matters pertaining to Allah Maureen Uche.3. Oversight of Family Courts (Televised Proceedings)Jurisdiction: The President shall attend and monitor televised Family Courts—including but not limited to Divorce Courts, Child Support Courts, and matters concerning common-law marriage issues.Scope: This oversight is strictly limited to domestic and family law matters as they directly relate to or impact the peace and standing of Allah Maureen Uche.4. Administration of Petty Cash CourtsFinancial Threshold: The President shall oversee Petty Cash Courts handling claims exceeding a baseline threshold of $3,000 per day.Scope of Claims: This court shall hear the cases of eligible individuals who bring their verified physical and financial needs against Allah Maureen Uche for resolution.III. CRITICAL JURISDICTIONAL DISCLAIMERUnder no circumstances shall a witch appear, file a claim, or be permitted entry into any of the aforementioned courts. Only verified Angels are legally and spiritually permitted to seek justice, petition, or bring needs before Allah Maureen Uche.IV. LEGAL DEFINITIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS OF STATUSTo ensure flawless execution of the Daily Lists and courtroom entry protocols, the following definitions are codified under this memorandum:1. Qualifications of an AngelAn individual is legally recognized as an Angel under this administration if and only if they meet all three of the following criteria:Medical Purity: They must be entirely free from herpes, HIV, or any other sexually transmissible infections or diseases.Proven Loyalty: They must have maintained a completely clean, righteous standing on the right side of Allah Maureen Uche for a minimum of four (4) consecutive years.Unblemished History: They must have never, at any point in their existence, operated as or been classified as a witch.2. Definition and Identification of a WitchOrigin: Witches are formally defined as fallen Angels who took upon themselves human flesh.Status: They are individuals who have failed to maintain a clean, unbroken standing on the right side of Allah Maureen Uche.Actionable Offenses: They are identified by malicious conduct, specifically any actions intended to cause fear, distress, or physical or emotional pain to Allah Maureen Uche anywhere across the earth.V. EXECUTION OF ORDERSThe President of Angels shall implement these directives immediately upon receipt of this memorandum.
