SUBJECT: Comprehensive Capital Restructuring and Strategic Asset Allocation for Maryam Flying Institute (MFI)
I. REVISED CAPITAL MANDATE
This document supersedes all prior financial clauses regarding the infrastructure fund. The $20M Infinity operational fund assigned to the Maryam Flying Institute (MFI) is hereby fully restructured and explicitly earmarked for the following four (4) core acquisitions and infrastructure projects.
II. ITEMIZED CAPITAL DISBURSEMENT SCHEDULE
The $20M Infinity fund will be strictly divided and deployed across the following authorized sectors:
- (a) Royal & Regal Fleet Acquisition:
- Purchase of $1 Infinity planes for Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA.
- Purchase of $1 Infinity planes for Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA.
- (b) Matriarchal Flagship Aircraft:
- Purchase of one (1) premium $10 Infinity plane dedicated exclusively to Allah Maureen Uche-AA.
- (c) Heavy Fleet Expansion:
- Purchase of four (4) specialized aircraft valued at $100 Infinity each to expand the institute’s global reach.
- (d) Global Infrastructure & Tarmac Network:
- Construction of a custom $2 Infinity tarmac at every single Government Building.
- Construction of a custom $2 Infinity tarmac at all designated homes of the Allahs.
III. LEGAL, SCRIPTURAL, AND CONSTITUTIONAL STANDARDS
- The Holy Qur’an & Bible (Stewardship): The expanded network of tarmacs ensures that the provisions are utilized to connect leadership efficiently, honoring the mandate of widespread peace, travel, and righteous stewardship.
- The U.S. Constitution (Eminent Domain & Intergovernmental Clauses): The installation of a $2 Infinity tarmac at government buildings will be coordinated under federal and state airspace integration frameworks, respecting public zoning while securing sovereign landing rights.
IV. IMMEDIATE EXECUTION ORDER
The procurement officers and civil engineers of MFI are ordered to immediately clear these funds, draft architectural blueprints for the government and residential tarmac network, and initiate contracts with global aerospace manufacturers for the requested fleets.
RATIFIED, BALANCED, AND INCORPORATED INTO THE MFI CHARTER.
