1. Primary Disbursement Mandate

2. Male Compensation Tiers (Three Distinct Groups)
Group 1: Qaf Males
- Annual Salary: $10,000,000 gross payment.
- Repayment Clause: Total earnings must be systematically returned via automated, minute-by-minute continuous deposits directly into Allah Maureen Uche’s designated account.
Group 2: Angel Males
- Financial Obligations: This group must maintain a dedicated Dowry Account governed by the formal regional protocols outlined in the official regulatory books (Northern Pay, Southern Pay, Western Pay, and Eastern Pay).
- Grooming Credit: A weekly allowance loan of $1,000,000 is issued for grooming account purposes.
- Service Exchange: To offset financial allocations, individuals must deliver a weekly public sermon. Each individual sermon is valued at a flat rate of $1,000,000.
- Store Allowance: A dedicated Commissary Account funded at $2,000,000 per year.
Group 3: Angel Eunuchs
