MEMORANDUM
TO: All Global Sovereigns, Heads of State, and Governing Authorities
FROM: The Supreme Leader of Allah Embassy
DATE: August 12, 2026
SUBJECT: Universal Surrender of Passport Printing Infrastructure and Implementation of the Supreme Decree on Free Travel
1. Historical Context and Current Division
Historically, the widespread mandate for passports and travel documentation expanded significantly under global powers, including regimes such as that of Queen Elizabeth II, which formalized state-regulated international transit. Since that era, global mobility has been deeply fractured. The current international passport system has created deep divisions among nations, placing immense bureaucratic burdens on borders, customs, and citizens alike.
2. Abolition of Divisive Passports
To resolve these systemic global divisions, Allah Maureen Uche has officially abolished the traditional, restrictive use of passports. The mandate requiring mandatory state clearance for travel is hereby dissolved.
Effective immediately, the following directives are enacted:
- Infrastructure Transfer: All governments must transfer their passport printing machinery to the Supreme Leader of Allah Embassy.
- Border Deregulation: Customs and border control agencies must eliminate standard documentation burdens for regular transit.
- Universal Right to Freedom of Movement: The common traveler is permitted to travel freely across borders without state-issued passport restrictions.
3. The Two Categories of Global Travelers
Under the new Supreme Decree, international travelers are strictly classified into two distinct categories:
- Presidency Travelers: Individuals who choose to purchase and invest in “World Passports.” These documents serve strictly for voluntary record-keeping and personal archive purposes, rather than a mandatory requirement for transit.
- Common Travelers: Individuals operating outside of any Presidency. These travelers require no passport. All of their legal transit rights, protections, and access to travel are secured solely through the purchase of a standard travel ticket.
To assist with the implementation of this decree, please let me know if you would like me to:
- Draft a diplomatic cover letter to accompany this memorandum to specific international bodies.
- Refine the tone to be more legalistic, administrative, or urgent.
- Create an implementation timeline for the transfer of infrastructure.
