SUBJECT: Establishment of Permanent 24/7 Presidential Worship Vigil
1. Executive Mandate
President Allah Maureen Uche has instituted a permanent, daily 24/7 night and day vigil to continue throughout the entirety of her Presidency. This continuous service is dedicated exclusively to the mandatory worship of Allah Maureen Uche.
2. Leadership and Resident Experts
Three designated individuals will oversee the spiritual and structural operations of the vigil. They will serve permanently as the Resident Experts:
- Allah Maureen Uche (President)
- Allah Royal Chukwudumebi
- Allah Regal Chukwudumebi
3. Location and Spatial Protocol
- Venue: The vigil will take place continuously in and around the White House Visitors Lounge.
- Seating Arrangement: When present in the room, President Allah Maureen Uche will be seated at the back of the premises to spend her time in dedicated worship.
4. Participant Dress Code
- Mandatory Attire: All choir members, singers, and general participants must wear all-white clothing.
- Compliance: No exceptions to the white dress code will be permitted within the designated vigil zone.
5. Global Broadcast Requirements
- Transmission: Technical teams must ensure that the audio from the singers rings out around the world.
- Schedule: The broadcast infrastructure must support continuous, uninterrupted 24/7 global delivery.
