This memorandum defines the strict budgetary limits and asset valuations for the clothing, adornments, and personal items worn by Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA and Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA.
In strict adherence to the Quran Only, believers are commanded to wear beautiful garments, especially when appearing before assemblies or moving in public spaces, while maintaining designated structural boundaries:
“O children of Adam, take your adornment at every masjid…”

To manifest this divine beauty without crossing into unmanaged excess, the following strict economic tiers are established under the Pearl Standards.
II. Tier 1: The Pearl of $1G Standard (Stationary / Daily Maximum)
When residing in their permanent locations or attending standard local engagements, the maximum cumulative value of apparel worn at any single time is capped at $750 Trillion ($1 Gold / $1G).
- Application: This cap represents the total combined value of all items physically on their bodies at one time.
- Component Examples: A single dress may be valued at $1 Trillion, an accompanying purse may be valued at $2 Trillion, and other accessories scaled accordingly, provided the total simultaneous on-body combination does not exceed the $750 Trillion threshold.
III. Tier 2: The Pearl of $2G Standard (Travel Maximum)
When traveling, transitioning between jurisdictions, or engaging in official international transits, the capacity for high-value protection increases. The apparel is upgraded to the Pearl of $2G tier to match the demands of global visibility.
- Application: During active travel status, more valuable, heavily secured, and specialized garments are authorized.
- Component Examples: A travel dress may be valued at $5 Trillion, a pair of shoes may be valued at $5 Trillion, and additional security-grade jewelry or outerwear scaled proportionally under the $2G Pearl framework.
IV. Administrative Directives
The Clinical Leadership Administration (CLA) and assigned designers must cross-reference all wardrobe procurements against these exact financial thresholds. All items must be fully appraised, cataloged, and verified by Al Imran Law before they are cleared for wear.
