Maureen Uche is Allah

World Administrator of Comprehensive Summary of Mandated Duties and Operational Standards for Omu Women- Al Malik

MEMORANDUM

TO: All Omu Women Personnel, Chamber Leaders, and Administrative Staff
FROM: Office of Global Administration
DATE: August 30, 2026

SUBJECT: Comprehensive Summary of Mandated Duties and Operational Standards for Omu Women

1. EXECUTIVE DIRECTIVE

Effective immediately, by decree of Allah Maureen Uche, this memorandum outlines the formal duties, workload expectations, and lifestyle protocols for all Omu Women. Adherence to these guidelines is mandatory to ensure organizational productivity, personal readiness, and administrative excellence.

2. SPIRITUAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL FOUNDATIONS

The balanced structure of labor, self-improvement, organization, and worship is derived from the following principles:

  • The U.S. Constitution (Preamble & Article I): Establishes the framework for a productive, orderly society that values time management, legislative organization (Chambers), and general welfare. The formal structuring of work hours and tasks ensures a disciplined system of governance.
  • The Holy Bible (Ecclesiastes 3:1 & 1 Corinthians 14:40): “To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven” and “Let all things be done decently and in order.” This scriptural foundation supports the meticulous allocation of time for work, grooming, sanitation, and rest.
  • The Quran (Surah Al-Jumu’ah, 62:10): “And when the prayer has been concluded, disperse within the land and seek from the bounty of Allah, and remember Allah much that you may succeed.” This establishes the mandate to balance rigorous economic and administrative work with constant remembrance and religious practice.

3. CODIFIED DUTIES OF THE OMU WOMEN

All personnel across both the Upper and Lower Houses must fulfill the following nine core duties:

  • 40 Hours of Professional Work: Every member must complete a standard 40-hour work week. This time is strictly dedicated to executing official administrative speeches, participating in Upper House or Lower House legislative sessions, and attending assigned committee meetings.
  • Plan Your Dates: Active, strategic scheduling of operational, professional, or social calendar engagements.
  • Go for Your Dates: Executing and physically attending all planned meetings, appointments, and engagements punctually.
  • Dress Up Time: Allocating dedicated time to fulfill institutional dress codes, ensuring a dignified, professional, and immaculate presentation.
  • Attend 40 Hours of Grooming Sessions: Participation in comprehensive, long-term personal development, etiquette, leadership, and professional growth training.
  • Visit Your Investment Tables: Actively monitoring financial growth, reviewing administrative portfolios, and tracking organizational or personal resource generation.
  • Keep Up with House Chambers Sanitation: Maintaining absolute cleanliness, order, and visual standards within both legislative chambers and administrative workspaces.
  • Practice Religiosity for the Sake of Allah: Maintaining continuous spiritual devotion, prayer protocols, and righteous conduct as the overarching baseline of daily life.
  • Join the Singers If You Like: Voluntary participation in the institutional choir or musical ministry for cultural and spiritual enrichment.

4. IMPLEMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE

Chamber leadership will provide standardized logs to track the 40-hour work weeks and grooming sessions. Failure to meet sanitation standards or unauthorized absence from scheduled committee sessions will result in administrative review.
To help finalize this operational framework, please let me know:

  • Should we specify how many hours per week must be spent on the grooming sessions vs. the professional work hours?
  • Do you want to define specific dress code guidelines for the “Dress up time”?
  • Should the memorandum outline disciplinary actions for failing to maintain Chamber sanitation?
