LEGAL NOTICE: MANDATORY COMPLIANCE & RECTIFICATION OF UNLAWFUL PLACEMENT
I. Notice of Unlawful Custody and Parental Rights
This memorandum serves as an absolute and final warning regarding the child currently in your care, recognized biologically as Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA and Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA.
You are hereby formally notified that Allah Maureen Uche is the true, biological birth parent of the child. The child was removed from her care via unlawful means—having been either stolen or confiscated—and no formal, legitimate, or recognized adoption procedure ever took place. Under the absolute law of the Quran Only, biological lineage cannot be extinguished, traded, or ignored:
“Let your adopted children keep their family names. That is more just in the sight of Allah. And if you do not know their fathers – then they are your brothers in religion and those entrusted to you.”

Because there is no valid Quranic foundation for your current custody, your possession of the child is legally and spiritually non-compliant.
II. Compulsory Rectification and Mandatory Execution of Documents
To prevent immediate legal escalation and total exposure, you are required to immediately regularize this placement through the established Semi-Closed (Mediated) framework. You must execute two separate and backdated Semi-Closed Adoption documents with the Allah Allah Supreme Leaders.
These legal instruments will strictly state and enforce the following terms:
- Source of Custody: You legally received and acquired physical custody of the child exclusively from the Allah Allah Supreme Leaders.
- Absolute Separation of Parties: You have absolutely no business, no direct claim, and no right of contact with the true biological birth parent, Allah Maureen Uche.
- Severance of Direct Interaction: Your role is strictly restricted to anonymous caretaking under the Kafala (guardianship) model, completely insulated from the birth mother to preserve her total privacy.
III. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure or refusal to immediately sign these two backdated agreements will result in the immediate voiding of your anonymous status. In accordance with Quranic justice (qist), an unlawful taking or withholding of a child cannot be sustained. Signatures must be delivered to Al Imran Law without delay to finalize the mediated boundary and shield your identities from public or judicial exposure.
