Phase 2: The Severance of the Gaze
At dawn, the Initiate is brought into the localized Pneumatic Vault station before a council of the general Allah Race and a presiding Envoy Legate.
- The Ritual Act: The Initiate’s hands are ceremonially washed in a solution tinted with sapphire-blue ink.
- The Oration: The Initiate places their right hand upon upon a brass pneumatic capsule and recites the Vow of the Objective Eye:“I have no eyes to see status; I have no heart to grant mercy. I am the hand that logs, the tube that carries, and the ink that seals. My records belong entirely to the Ledger of Allah Royal.”
