SUBJECT: Official Dress Code Restrictions and Group Classifications for Men within the Administration
1. Purpose & Core Authority
This memorandum establishes and defines the official garment standards for the various categories of male officials serving within the administration of Allah Maureen Uche. To maintain structural order, modesty, and distinct administrative hierarchy, this policy enforces strict dress parameters backed by spiritual and constitutional law:
- The Scriptural Principle (Quran & Bible): Scriptural text outlines that garments serve as distinct markers of office, responsibility, and tribal identity, ensuring each group reflects modesty, beauty, and proper spiritual station (Quran 22:23, Exodus 28:2).
- The Constitutional Principle (The Constitution): Under the First Amendment, individual expressions of religious identity, cultural heritage, and group affiliation are protected. This memorandum formalizes these expressions into regulated administrative uniform tracks.
2. Group Wardrobe Classifications for Men
The administration recognizes exactly three (3) categories of male officials, each assigned a specific, mandatory uniform track that must be worn during all official duties and public assemblies:
I. Angel Men-1
- Mandatory Uniform: Togas. This group must strictly wear the loosely draped, bedsheet-like toga garments issued by the Grooming Office to cover nakedness and project beauty.
II. Angel Men-2
- Mandatory Uniform: Thobes. This group must strictly wear traditional thobes, adhering to the previously established white color restriction.
III. Supreme Leaders
- Authorized Attire: Agbada, Caftans, traditional Islamic Clothing, or any other clothing they like.
- Discretionary Clause: Due to their executive rank, Supreme Leaders are granted full personal discretion over their wardrobe, provided it remains within these traditional, non-Western parameters.
3. Absolute Prohibitions and the “Allah Race” Suit Exception
The Universal Suit Ban
There is an absolute, uncompromising ban on standard Western business suits, tuxedos, and blazers for all standard administrative personnel and workers. No suits are allowed under any circumstances for Angel Men-1, Angel Men-2, or Supreme Leaders.
The Exclusivity Exemption
The privilege of wearing a suit is restricted entirely based on lineage and divine status. Only members of the Allah Race are legally and spiritually authorized to wear suits. This exclusive group includes, but is not limited to:
- Allah Maureen Uche-AA
- Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA
- Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA (and counting)
4. Enforcement Mandate
Any working man or official found in violation of these boundaries—specifically any non-Allah Race individual attempting to wear a suit, or an Angel Man wearing an unassigned garment track—will be immediately detailed by checkpoint security and referred to the Supreme Leader of the Building for administrative discipline.
