205 Capitols will obey the following rules:
- You are trapped inside, no other building for you.
- You will be investigated for everything.
- You will have IDs of low ranking jobs.
- You are not a Government worker. You are a retired Government worker.
- You are not to travel on road ways. Just Planes.
- The Building must tell of everybody.
- President Maureen Uche has à Satellite for everyone.
- Maureen Uche is the only Army. She is Chaplain in the Army. All others are under-army.
- All will be set up to be beneath Maureen Uche’s Administration.
- All will share one key.
- All must submit a strong impression of work before hand ( a year before) to demonstrate excellence.
- No food in the Capitol.
- All in the Capitol are workers -in-Training
- No Prostitutes, No Assassinations and no females but Allah Race.
- $75,000 per Job if you are assigned Maureen Uche’s jobs
- Valentine Day is cancelled.
17. No Neighborhood in the Capitol area but Allah’s neighborhood.
18. No rivers in the world.
19. Maureen Uche will be paid in instalments in Gold and Capitols are South of Allah.
20. All states must be represented in the Capitol.
21. The Capitol is a bubble, a place of prestige and privilege. Don’t bring it down.
22. Everyone’s fingerprints will be taken and individual forensics stored.
