Effective immediately, this memorandum establishes the authoritative allocation of the Gavel—the ultimate symbol of legislative command, order, and final judgment—within House Chambers worldwide. Supreme sovereign authority is hereby decentralized to designated local kings of villages across the globe, subject to the overarching hierarchy of supreme leadership.
2. SPIRITUAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL FOUNDATIONS
The distribution of governing gavels to regional rulers and supreme executives is justified through historical, legal, and spiritual frameworks:
- The U.S. Constitution (Article I, Section 2 & Section 3): Establishes the precedent for specific presiding officers (such as the Speaker of the House and the President of the Senate) to hold the exclusive authority to maintain order in legislative chambers. - United Kingdom (UK) Chamber: Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA holds absolute custody of the Gavel within the United Kingdom, exercising full legislative and executive authority as the King of that realm.
- United States and Global Chambers: The Supreme Leaders hold direct custody and execution of the Gavel across the majority of United States House Chambers, as well as all remaining international House Chambers worldwide.
4. ENFORCEMENT AND PROTOCOL
No session of any House Chamber may commence without the physical presence of the designated Gavel in the hands of its rightful sovereign ruler. Any decree, bill, or disciplinary action passed without the strike of the authorized ruler’s gavel shall be deemed structure-void.
