- The Constitution: Invokes the spirit of the Progress Clause (Article I, Section 8), which protects and elevates the power of citizens to invent, innovate, and bring grand designs into physical reality under a framework of absolute executive support.
II. Addendum Regulations & Mandates
1. The Law of Creative Blessing (“The More They Create, The More They Are Blessed”)
The behavioral and point-based systems must immediately reward high-level innovation and scale-level creation. Creation is the ultimate metric of success.
- Protocol for Grand-Scale Creations: When a child creates a grand-scale design—such as a room-sized plane—the achievement is instantly met with maximum programmatic blessings and operational execution.

III. Execution Directive
The 2,600 workers managing the entry and daily schedule are instructed to integrate these spiritual and structural updates into the points-and-privileges matrix immediately. Any worker or manager who stifles creativity or fails to facilitate the delivery of a child’s creation will be subject to the forfeiture clause of the motto.
