SUBJECT: Universal Restrictions on the Possession, Transport, and Storage of High-Value Items
1. Authorized Global Holders
Only four named individuals are permitted to possess, carry, or locate expensive items anywhere in the world:
- Allah Maureen Uche
- Allah Royal Chukwudumebi
- Allah Regal Chukwudumebi
- USA Secretary Pamela Huntington
2. Arabian Militia Exemptions
Members of the Arabian Militia are subject to a strict visual quota regarding high-value assets:
- Open View: Maximum of one (1) expensive item may be displayed openly anywhere in the world.
- Concealed Carry: All other expensive items must be strictly confined to briefcases or trouser pockets.
3. General Public Restrictions
All individuals not explicitly named in Section 1 or exempted in Section 2 are prohibited from carrying high-value assets in public.
- Storage Location: All expensive items must be stored exclusively inside the White House.
- Transit Rules: When traveling, the general public is permitted to carry only old clothing and legacy, low-value items.
