Formal Announcement of Semi-Open (Mediated) Placement of Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA
I. Purpose & Foundational Quranic Authority
This memorandum serves as the official, permanent announcement regarding the placement, lineage, and structural communication framework for Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA.
In strict adherence to the Quran Only, this arrangement rejects traditional concepts of legal adoption (tabanni) that erase or alter a child’s true identity. Instead, it establishes a framework aligned with Quranic justice (qist), ensuring biological truths are absolute and protected:
“Allah has not made for any man two hearts in his interior… Nor has He made your claimed sons your sons. That is your saying by your mouths, but Allah says the truth, and He guides to the way. Call them by [the names of] their fathers; it is more just in the sight of Allah.”

II. Lineage, Naming, and Parental Recognition
- Preservation of Identity: In accordance with the divine decree above, Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA permanently retains her true biological family name and lineage. She is not, and cannot spiritually or legally be considered, the biological or lineage child of the parents who raised her.
- Recognition of the Birth Parent: Allah Maureen Uche is formally recognized as the true biological birth parent of Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA.
III. Terms of the Semi-Open (Mediated) Arrangement
To balance the physical upbringing of the child with the absolute preservation of truth and family privacy, a highly popular middle ground has been established:
- The Role of the Intermediary: Al Imran Law acts as the permanent, neutral third-party intermediary.
- Information Flow: Al Imran Law will receive updates—including photos, physical locations, and life updates—from the household raising the child. Al Imran Law will securely forward these records to the birth parent, Allah Maureen Uche, and her family.
- Absolute Anonymity and Privacy: Allah Maureen Uche chooses to maintain complete privacy from those who raised the child. To facilitate this, the first names, last names, and personal contact information of the parents who raised Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA shall remain completely secret and confidential.
IV. Legal and Spiritual Status of the Upbringing Family
Because the Quran dictates that biological lineage cannot be fabricated or replaced by speech, the parents who raised her function legally and spiritually as trustees, guardians, and sponsors (Kafala / caretakers).
- They do not possess biological rights of parenthood.
- They do not automatically enter the fixed Quranic inheritance structures of the child’s biological line.
- They remain protected by absolute anonymity to maintain peace and boundaries within this mediated framework.
