- Cities: 5,200,192 localized municipal zones.
III. First Shadow Government Infrastructure & Compensation
To ensure absolute oversight, a precise administrative mapping has been executed. Every single recognized country, state, and city is assigned an individual overarching authority.
- Total Primary Command: 5,210,598 Supreme Leaders are established within the First Shadow Government (calculated as 204 Countries + 10,202 States + 5,200,192 Cities).
