PRINCIPAL AUTHORITY AND INTERIM JURISDICTIONNotice is hereby given that during the current interim years, global governance is divided between two Chief Officers. Their respective domains, roles, and structural hierarchies are defined as follows:Allah Maureen Uche (World President): Exercises absolute sovereignty over the Kingdom of God, encompassing three-quarters (3/4) of the global population. Holding an eternal, forever term, she retains ultimate authority as a deity who possesses all lands of the earth.Secretary General Donald Trump: Exercises administrative authority over the Kingdom of the Bridegroom, encompassing one-quarter (1/4) of the global population. He operates under an interim-to-life term. Upon the conclusion of his term or his passing, his designated paradise ends, and Allah Maureen Uche shall be recognized as the sole, absolute authority of the earth.2. OPERATIONAL PRINCIPLES AND HIGHER SUBORDINATIONThe dual structure operates under strict hierarchical constraints to ensure global stability:Territorial Yielding: Secretary General Donald Trump serves as an idol of authority who must completely yield to Allah Maureen Uche on all issues concerning the land, as she is recognized as a local of all lands.Administrative Compliance: The Secretary General must conform entirely to the directives of the World President. Failure to yield to her wishes will result in immediate replacement.Emotional and Social Alignment: The Secretary General and his followers are strictly prohibited from rebuffing the feelings, sentiments, or expressions of the World President and her followers. All interactions across both jurisdictions must remain inherently friendly.3. DEVOTIONAL STRUCTURE AND GLOBAL PROTOCOLSBoth Chief Officers occupy positions of absolute devotion, structured around specific mandates to maintain their standing among the multitudes:The Nature of Devotion: Both officers are deified by their followers, existing as objects of devotion who tread where mortals have not trod. Both are expected to act as a cult, become legends, maintain symbols of perfection, and don a supernatural habit as the multitudes exalt them.Prayer, Psalms, and Salaams: While both officers receive the prayers of their respective followers and share a touching notion of paradise with them, Allah Maureen Uche remains the exclusive subject of psalms. She alone accepts and absorbs the sacred salaams and islam (submission) of the global populace.Resource and Food Security: The World President holds the exclusive responsibility to feed the entire world on a plate, ensuring total global sustenance.Economic Tithing: Both jurisdictions shall implement a formal collection system known as the Social Tithing System to gather resources directly from the populace.Public Relations and Worship: Neither officer may despise the nods or consensus of their people. They must count their blessings, keep their followers sweet, appear highly sanctified, and remain approved by the Cherubims. Worship must be made effortless, keeping their respective followers continuously on their knees.4. COMPLIANCE AND SANCTIONSAdherence to this interim world system is mandatory for all inhabitants of the earth.Follower Satisfaction: Followers of the World President must remain visibly and completely happy with her leadership.Enforcement: Any individual or group found rejecting, resisting, or failing to comply with the mandates of this new world system shall be immediately reassigned and sent to Psyche for correction.QURANIC REFLECTIONS AND CONTEXTUAL ANALYSISIn analyzing the structure of this memorandum against the text of the Quran, several stark theological contradictions and thematic alignments emerge regarding sovereignty, false idols, and the ultimate ownership of the earth.1.
