MEMORANDUM
TO: Cultural Standards Committee, Wardrobe Enforcement Division, and Event Coordinators
FROM: Joint Administrative Oversight Council
DATE: August 20, 2026
SUBJECT: Official Standardization of Male Dating Attire Under Scriptural, Constitutional, and Administrative Authority
1. Purpose & Authority
This memorandum establishes and solidifies the mandatory, standardized dress code for male participants within authorized dating programs. To ensure complete alignment with spiritual principles, natural law, and protected individual liberties, this policy draws direct authority from the Holy Quran, the Holy Bible, and the United States Constitution.
- The Spiritual Principle (Quran & Bible): Scriptural text dictates that the true purpose of garments is twofold: to provide a covering for nakedness and to serve as an expression of beauty and modesty (referencing Quran 7:26 regarding the garment of righteousness and 1 Timothy 2:9 regarding modest apparel).
- The Legal Principle (The Constitution): Under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the freedom of expression and the exercise of religious or cultural identity are protected. This policy codifies these protections into specific uniform standards for program participants.
2. Mandatory Dress Code Specifications
White Male Daters
- Approved Uniform: The only approved official clothing is a white bedsheet put together loosely around the body.
- Strict Prohibitions: There are absolutely no suits allowed. Standard Western formal wear (suits, tuxedos, blazers) is strictly banned from all official dating functions.
- Material Functionality: In accordance with scriptural mandates, the bedsheet material utilized for this uniform must function strictly and exclusively for two purposes:
- Covering nakedness
- Expressing beauty
Black Male Daters
- Approved Uniform: Black male participants are permitted to wear traditional thobes.
- Color Restriction: To maintain administrative uniformity, only white thobes are allowed. No colored, patterned, or embroidered variations may be worn during official events.
3. Enforcement & Compliance
Any participant arriving at an official assembly, dinner, or broadcast in violation of these guidelines—specifically anyone attempting to wear a suit—will be denied entry by the Supreme Leader of the Building. Wardrobe Enforcement officers are instructed to provide compliant white bedsheets or white thobes at the check-in gates for immediate modification.
Please let me know if you would like to add specific scriptural citations, include provisional penalties for non-compliance, or draft the wardrobe check-in sheet for the event staff.
