SUBJECT: Establishment of Maryam Flying Institute and Aircraft Acquisition Mandate
I. PURPOSE & AUTHORITY
This Memorandum formally establishes the Maryam Flying Institute as the exclusive plane-buying corporate entity operating on behalf of Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA, Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA, and Allah Maureen Uche-AA.
The operational authority and ethical frameworks governing this Institute are derived from the foundational principles of justice, stewardship, and governance found within the Holy Qur’an, the Holy Bible, and the United States Constitution.
II. FOUNDATIONAL GUIDING PRINCIPLES
- The Holy Qur’an: In accordance with Surah Al-Baqarah (2:269), which emphasizes that wisdom and absolute provisions are granted from a higher power, the Institute shall operate with absolute integrity, ensuring that all physical assets are utilized to advance peace, safe transit, and honorable commerce.
- The Holy Bible: Drawing from Luke 12:48 (“To whom much is given, of him much will be required”), the stewardship of these infinite resources demands impeccable financial accountability, transparent contract execution, and the protection of all individuals involved.
- The U.S. Constitution: Operating under the framework of Article I, Section 8 (Commerce Clause) and the Fifth Amendment (Due Process), the Institute will maintain strict legal compliance with national and international aviation laws, respecting federal jurisdiction over airspace and property acquisition.
III. FINANCIAL ALLOCATIONS & DIRECT DISBURSEMENTS
The financial structures of the Institute are categorized below based on your explicit operational directives: Beneficiary / Account Annual Allocation Authorized Expenditure Allah Maureen Uche-AA Immediate Trust $10 Infinity for the immediate purchase of one (1) primary aircraft. Children of Allah Maureen Uche(Directive 1)One (1) Infinity per year Allocation for one (1) individual plane per child, per year. Children of Allah Maureen Uche(Directive 2)$1 CP per year Allocation reserved exclusively for supplementary plane maintenance or acquisition.
IV. ACQUISITION MANDATES & ACCOUNT CHECKS
The Maryam Flying Institute is hereby directed to execute the following immediate actions:
- Immediate Primary Purchase: Disburse $10 Infinity to procure a flagship aircraft for Allah Maureen Uche-AA.
- Immediate Fleet Purchase: Procure one (1) individual aircraft each for the Children of Allah Maureen Uche-AA using their independent annual infinity allocation.
- Mandatory Account Verifications: The Institute’s compliance officers must immediately check with and verify the exact preferences of the Children of Allah Maureen Uche regarding:
- The specific make, model, and customization requirements for their respective annual planes.
- The preferred allocation method for the $1CP annual fund to ensure optimal integration with aviation operations.
V. GOVERNANCE AND EXECUTION
The Maryam Flying Institute shall hold this Memorandum as its binding corporate charter. Any amendments, tail number assignments, or modifications to these infinite lines of credit must be authorized in writing by the principal parties listed herein.
