SUBJECT: Official Order of Separation, Boundary Establishment, and Jurisdictional Rules
I. Foundational Framework
This memorandum serves as the official directive establishing a complete and permanent boundary between Allah Maureen Uche and the collectives designated as the Uches and the Chukwudumebi-AAA. In accordance with historical precedents of tribal boundaries, legal property rights, and spiritual separation found across foundational texts, this order is enacted to ensure peace, clarity, and absolute domestic tranquility.
- The Principle of Proper Separation (The Quran): “And leave them gracefully.” (Surah Al-Muzzammil 73:10). When paths diverge, a clean, respectful, and definitive separation is required to preserve the dignity of all parties involved.
- The Mandate for Peace and Boundaries (The Bible): “If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.” (Romans 12:18). Establishing distinct physical and spiritual borders is a recognized method to halt ongoing friction and allow independent progression.
- The Constitutional Protection of Property and Association (The Constitution): Formulated to protect the sanctuary of the home and individual liberty, ensuring that every citizen has the fundamental right to determine who is permitted within their private domain and under what conditions.
II. Core Directives and Operational Rules
Effective immediately, the Uches and the Chukwudumebi-AAA are separated from the immediate household, personal jurisdiction, and daily environment of Allah Maureen Uche. This absolute boundary is governed strictly by the following two (2) unalterable rules:
Rule 1: The Provision of Personal Character
Your spiritual gifts and individual character will make room for anyone within the two families. In alignment with standard universal principles, individuals will be received, judged, and granted space based strictly on their own merits, conduct, and personal integrity, rather than reliance on shared names or past associations.
Rule 2: The Clause of Absolute Reciprocity
If any member of the two families throws Allah Maureen Uche out of any home, they forfeit all rights to receive affection from her. Any act of displacement or exclusion directed toward her immediately terminates all emotional support, administrative care, and relational reciprocity from her across both extended families.
III. Implementation and Enforcement
This order takes effect immediately upon issuance. All individual care logs, residential registries, and administrative files are to be adjusted to reflect this permanent separation. Any violation of the boundaries or rules outlined above will result in the immediate suspension of familial privileges and a review by the oversight council.
