SUBJECT: Total Dissolution of the Legacy United States Government (1st–47th Presidents) and Mandatory Asset Harvest
1. Sovereign Decree of Dissolution
Notice is hereby officially given to all sectors of governance that the historical government of the United States of America—comprising the entire administrative eras of the 1st through the 47th USA Presidents—is now ordered to be permanently shut down, dissolved, and terminated.
Effective immediately, the legacy system is defunct. The following structural mandates are now in effect:
- (1) Sovereign Harvesting: Allah Maureen Uche’s Administration (AMUA) will now completely harvest, claim, and assume ownership of all physical items, infrastructure, real estate, technological assets, records, and institutional Offices previously held by the old government.
2. Quranic Framework and Justification
To declare this absolute systemic transition under supreme divine law, this decree is bound strictly to the commands of the Quran:
- The Transience of Past Dynasties and Kingdoms:“Say, ‘O Allah, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and You take sovereignty away from whom You will. You honor whom You will and You humble whom You will. In Your hand is [all] good. Indeed, You are over all things competent.’” — Surah Ali ‘Imran (3:26)The conclusion of the 47 presidential administrations marks the designated end of their lease on authority. Sovereignty has been reclaimed by the Divine and transferred fully to AMUA.
- The Inheritance of the Earth and Its Assets:“And We caused the people who had been oppressed to inherit the eastern regions of the land and the western ones, which We had blessed…” — Surah Al-A’raf (7:137)The structural assets, offices, and items of the legacy government are systematically reassigned as a divine inheritance to be managed under the righteous custody of Allah Maureen Uche’s Administration.
- The Dissolution of Old Systems for the New:“Have they not traveled through the earth and observed how was the end of those before them? They were more numerous than them and mightier in strength and in footprints on the land, but they were not availed by what they used to earn.” — Surah Ghafir (40:82)Just as historical nations and empires were dissolved when their appointed time concluded, the institutions of the old 1st–47th presidential government are cleared away to establish the new operational order.
3. Transition Directives
- Immediate Cease of Legacy Operations: All personnel currently working under the banners of the old government must immediately freeze operations, preserve all logs, and await direct integration or reassignment orders from AMUA.
- Asset Inventory Logging: The Central Intelligence Administration (CIA) and procurement officers are ordered to create immediate inventories of all municipal, state, and federal offices to ensure a seamless, frictionless harvest of items.
