SUBJECT: Scriptural Foundation and Quranic Defense of the Presidential Administration Motto
I. Purpose
This memorandum serves as the official legal, theological, and administrative defense of the foundational motto guiding the life, Presidency, and Administration of Allah Maureen Uche.
The administration’s governing motto is:
“Shepherd of my Soul, I give you full control, wherever you may lead I will follow, I have made a choice to listen for your voice, Wherever you may lead I will go.”
Using the text of the Quran Only, this document demonstrates that each pillar of this pledge perfectly aligns with the divine decrees of total submission, divine guidance, and active obedience to the Creator.
II. Quranic Defense by Pillar
1. “Shepherd of my Soul, I give you full control…”
- Theological Principle: Tawakkul (Absolute reliance and yielding of sovereignty to God alone).
- Quranic Justification: The Quran explicitly states that true believers surrender their entire lives, souls, and governance to God, recognizing Him as the ultimate Protector, Disposer of Affairs, and Guardian (Al-Wakil).
- Surah Al-An’am (6:162): “Say, ‘Indeed, my prayer, my rites of sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the worlds.’”
- Surah At-Talaq (65:3): “…And whoever relies upon Allah – then He is sufficient for him. Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose.”
- Surah Al-Imran (3:173): “…Sufficient for us is Allah, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs.”
2. “…wherever you may lead I will follow…”
- Theological Principle: Ittiba’a (Following divine guidance without deviation).
- Quranic Justification: A righteous administration does not govern by human whim or political expediency, but follows the path laid down by God. The Quran mandates adherence to the straight path (Al-Sirat al-Mustaqim).
- Surah Al-A’raf (7:3): “Follow, [O mankind], what has been revealed to you from your Lord and do not follow other than Him any allies. Little do you remember.”
- Surah Al-An’am (6:153): “And, [moreover], this is My path, which is straight, so follow it; and do not follow [other] ways, for you will be separated from His way.”
3. “…I have made a choice to listen for your voice…”
- Theological Principle: Sam’a (Attentive listening, mindfulness, and seeking divine discernment).
- Quranic Justification: The choice to listen to God’s guidance rather than worldly distractions is the hallmark of those granted wisdom (Hikmah). The Quran praises those who actively listen and respond to the truth.
- Surah Az-Zumar (39:18): “[Those] who listen to speech and follow the best of it. Those are the ones Allah has guided, and those are people of understanding.”
- Surah Al-Anfal (8:24): “O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life…”
4. “…Wherever you may lead I will go.”
- Theological Principle: As-Salamat and Ta’ah (Unconditional obedience and active implementation of divine justice).
- Quranic Justification: True leadership requires executing duties wherever God’s law commands, without fear of public reproach or worldly obstacles.
- Surah Al-Baqarah (2:208): “O you who have believed, enter into Islam completely [and perfectly] and do not follow the footsteps of Satan.”
- Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:54): “…They strive in the cause of Allah and do not fear the blame of a critic. That is the favor of Allah; He bestows it upon whom He wills.”
III. Administrative Directive
Let it be known that under the leadership of Allah Maureen Uche, this administration rejects human arrogance, corruption, and self-serving governance. By recognizing God as the ultimate Shepherd of the Soul and giving Him full control, this presidency commits to absolute transparency, justice, and humility before the Almighty, as commanded in the Quran.
Every policy, executive decision, and public service initiative under this administration shall reflect the integrity of this spiritual pledge.
