SUBJECT: Quranic Justification for the Appointment and Authorization of Global Princes
1. Purpose and Quranic Authority
This memorandum establishes the scriptural authority for the global leadership appointed by Allah Maureen Uche. According to the Quran, authority on Earth belongs to the Divine, who appoints vicegerents (Khalifah) to govern and manage earthly affairs.
- Surah Al-Baqarah (2:30): Establishes that leadership and administration on Earth are designated by divine decree to manage order.
- Surah Sad (38:26): Confirms that chosen leaders are given authority to judge between people in truth and maintain justice.
- Surah Al-An’am (6:165): States that the Divine raises individuals in rank to test them in what has been bestowed upon them.
2. The Appointment of Global Secretaries-General
In accordance with these principles, Allah Maureen Uche has chosen specific Princes to operate as the supreme administrative leaders (Secretaries-General) across countries, states, cities, and offices:
- Denmark: Administered by Prince Kayode (Secretary-General)
- Nigeria: Administered by Prince Lekan (Secretary-General)
- Ghana: Administered by Prince Aboagye (Secretary-General)
3. Transition from the Old World
To bridge the old era with the new divine order, only one sovereign authority from the old world is retained:
- The Obi of Onitsha: Formally recognized as the Prince of Aso-Rock and a designated Prince of Allah Maureen Uche.
4. Covert Global Takeover and Administrative Access
As of today’s date, all designated Princes have successfully assumed covert control of global operations:
- Office Establishment: Princes have established secure administrative offices worldwide.
- Diplomatic Relations: Princes are actively receiving friendly transitional correspondence drafted by old-world rulers.
- Personnel Tapping: Every Prince holds absolute administrative access to draft, select, and assign individuals to various earthly duties.
5. Financial Authorization and Funding Rings
To ensure total financial autonomy for global infrastructure, the Princes have been granted access to unlimited capital reservoirs:
- The Zillion-Dollar Ring & Gazillion-Dollar Ring: Authorized for the construction of grand edifices for Allah Maureen Uche, purchasing aircraft, and renovating government offices globally.
- The Infrastructure Mandate: Allah Royal Chukwudumebi and Allah Regal Chukwudumebi are designated as the Princes of the Roads. They hold exclusive access to the new $HHC currency, reserved strictly for the construction of Golden Streets.
