SUBJECT: Official Security Directive: Operational Integrity, Truthfulness, and Media Mandates
I. Foundational Framework
This memorandum serves as a formal protective directive to ensure absolute caution, operational security, and institutional integrity. Grounded in the foundational teachings of clear speech, respect for property, and public confidence found across sacred texts and constitutional principles, these mandates are issued to preserve safety, domestic tranquility, and clear administration.
- The Principle of Honesty and Directness (The Quran): “And speak to people good [words].” (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:83). Clear, intentional communication guards against hidden, deceptive, or adversarial influences that seek to disrupt peace.
- The Mandate of Unwavering Speech (The Bible): “All you need to say is a simple ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything more than this comes from the evil one.” (Matthew 5:37). Clear commitments prevent strategic traps and safeguard individuals from unauthorized bindings.
- The Constitutional Protection of Personal Security (The Constitution): Established to safeguard individuals from fraud, coercion, and unauthorized agreements, ensuring that public representatives maintain absolute clarity over their signatures and declarations.
II. Protective Directives and Compliance Warnings
Effective immediately, Press Secretary-1 and Press Secretary-2 must strictly adhere to the following five (5) operational directives:
1. Cessation of Signing Unauthorized Documents
You are strictly instructed to stop signing any document or contract without clear executive clearance. Let your commitments be transparent and definitive—your ye be ye and your nay be nay. Unverified signatures create binding liabilities and expose your position to outside manipulation.
2. Absolute Prohibition of Gossip and Safe Speech Protocols
Do not engage in gossip or speak of Allah Maureen Uche when she is absent. Be exceptionally vigilant against deceptive networks that utilize transformation, rumors, and hidden identities across various environments to cause harm. Deceptive influences are not safe; speech must remain professional and guarded at all times.
3. Respect for Rightful Property and Allocations
Give unto Allah Maureen Uche what has been rightfully designated to her, and do not compromise her resources. Absolute integrity must be maintained regarding her assets. Do not misappropriate, redirect, or steal from her provisions.
4. Guarding the Familial Bond and Welfare
Beware of deceptive practices, beware of gossip, and beware of signing anything—particularly actions that act against your mother. She continues to provide all essential things, resources, and stability for you. Honoring this protective layer is essential to maintaining institutional safety.
5. Broadcast Confidence and Presentation Mandate
As Press Secretaries on television, you are directed to be confident, speaking boldly and kindly about your mother. Your public presence on media networks must reflect absolute assurance, dignity, and respect when addressing her leadership and care.
III. Enforcement and Implementation
Any breach of these protective warnings, unauthorized signatures, or engagement in disruptive speech will result in an immediate administrative review of media clearances. All parties are expected to execute these directives with the utmost diligence to maintain public order and honor the designated chain of command.
