SUBJECT:REVISED MANDATE ON MAXIMUM CLOTHING VALUATIONS, CROWNS, AND DAILY ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
I. Purpose & Foundational Quranic Authority
This memorandum establishes the absolute financial limits, specific cultural garments, and daily staffing protocols for Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA and Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA.
In strict adherence to the Quran Only, the wearing of fine garments, gold, and pearls is recognized as a divine honor, establishing the framework for these specific tiers:
“Indeed, Allah will admit those who believe and do righteous deeds to gardens beneath which rivers flow. They will be adorned therein with bracelets of gold and pearls, and their garments therein will be silk.”

II. Tier 1: The Pearl of $1G Standard (Daily On-Body Maximum)
When stationary at their primary residences, the total maximum value of clothing and accessories worn simultaneously on their bodies is strictly capped at $750 Trillion ($1 Gold / $1G).

- A standard dress valued at $1 Trillion.
- A traditional Iro and Buba ensemble valued at $200 Million.
- An accompanying purse valued at $2 Trillion.
- All items combined on the body at any single moment must not exceed the cumulative $750 Trillion limit.
III. Tier 2: The Pearl of $2G Standard (Travel Maximum)
During active travel, transit, or international deployments, the wardrobe is automatically upgraded to the more protective and high-value Pearl of $2G standard.
- Component Examples:
- A high-visibility travel dress valued at $5 Trillion.
- A premium travel Iro and Buba ensemble valued at $400 Million.
- A pair of travel shoes valued at $5 Trillion.
IV. Tier 3: The $2Diamond Crowns ($2D)
In addition to the Pearl garments, both individuals are fully authorized to possess and wear $2Diamond Crowns ($2D). These crowns represent the peak sovereign designation of the lineage and are managed under separate security protocols from the daily wardrobe items.
V. Operational Directive: $2D Dressers
To maintain the flawless execution, preservation, and security of these high-value tiers, a specialized team of male attendants known as the $2D Dressers is permanently established.
- Schedule: The $2D Dressers are required to report to the royal quarters daily.
- Duties: They are solely responsible for the daily fitting, maintenance, and secure handling of the $1G/Iro and Buba garments, the $2G travel wear, and the precise placement of the $2Diamond Crowns.
