This mission is a high-profile, collaborative effort conducted in coordination with **Mark Zuckerberg** and his wife, **Priscilla Chan**, utilizing dedicated capital and assets fully paid for and secured for this deployment.

The resources for this operation have been completely provisioned and are allocated as follows:

*   **Transport Fleet:** A premium **Recreational Vehicle (RV)** valued at **$4,000,000 USD**, fully paid for, optimized for long-distance transit, command operations, and secure accommodations.
