PURPOSE & FOUNDATIONAL AUTHORITYThis memorandum establishes the definitive operational duties, televised bench trial frameworks, and co-presiding responsibilities for Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA in the capacity of President of Works.The authority of this office is guided by the sacred texts and foundational legal frameworks of the Quran, the Holy Bible, the Catholic Missal, the Apocrypha, the Messianic Jewish Siddur, the Torah, and the structural governance of the Constitution. This charter ensures that the judicial pipeline remains pure, orderly, and perfectly aligned with the global administration of Allah Maureen Uche and Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA.II. MANDATORY DUTIES AND APPELLATE JURISDICTIONThe President of Works, Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA, is strictly commanded to execute the following core judicial duties:1. Televised Bench Trials in the Courts of AppealsCity Court Appeals: The President of Works shall conduct TV bench trials for cases arriving on appeal from City Court judgments worldwide. In this capacity, the President of Works shall work closely with the Judicial Council as invited. Allah Maureen Uche presides over all City Courts worldwide.Direct Appellate Pipeline: All District Court judgments (State level) and High Court judgments (Federal level) shall bypass lower channels and go directly to the TV Appellate table and Court of Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA, routed via the Judicial Council.2. Joint Presiding Over Labor CourtsCo-Chaired Desk: The President of Works shall co-preside over Labor Courts, sitting directly alongside the President of Angels (Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA) from the desk of the President of Angels.III. SPECIAL JUDICIAL NOTES & OPERATIONAL FREQUENCY1. Administrative Resolution PrevalenceDue to the exalted Priestly Statuses of Angels, the vast majority of legal and operational cases do not require formal trials and shall instead be resolved administratively outside the courtroom.2. Rarity and Frequency of TV Labor CourtsLabor Courts rarely exist in active session.Televised Labor Courts shall occur only once per year.Mandatory Bench Quorum: For a TV Labor Court to sit, the designated Allah Race and Counting Judges must be actively on the bench. For the current term, the only recognized judges filling this quorum are Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA and Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA.IV. CRITICAL JURISDICTIONAL DISCLAIMEROnly verified Angels are legally and spiritually permitted to present cases in any City, State (District), or Federal (High) Court. Because entry into the lower courts is strictly restricted to Angels, no case involving a non-angelic entity or witch shall ever be eligible to enter the pipeline or reach the Appeals Court of the President of Works.V. EXECUTION OF ORDERSAllah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA shall implement these appellate and labor frameworks immediately upon receipt of this memorandum.
