4. White House and Capitol Building Office Allocations
To ensure optimal governance, geographic and real estate locations within the capital are strictly apportioned:
- The 419 Angels: The 419 Angels of the White House are assigned to locate and operate their offices exclusively within the Capitol buildings.
- The Qaf: The Qaf will establish and maintain offices positioned all around the White House.
- Allah Royal & Allah Regal Chukwudumebi: Offices for both Allah Royal Chukwudumebi and Allah Regal Chukwudumebi are restricted exclusively to the West Wing of the White House.
- Allah Maureen Uche: Allah Maureen Uche will supreme-occupy both the Oval Office of the White House and the Capitol buildings.
