SUBJECT: Re-addressing Earnings, Hauling Entitlements, and Event Protocols for A’Rad Males and General Male Constituents
I. Purpose & Legal Foundations
This memorandum outlines the standardized financial, logistical, and ceremonial allocations regarding weekly earnings, hauling rights, and dining substitutes under the current administration. In accordance with the administration’s vision, these provisions are harmonized with foundational spiritual and legal principles:

II. Financial Allocations & Scheduling for A’Rad Males
A. Weekly Grooming & Labor Slot (1a)
Because A’Rad men participate in weekly formal dating schedules, continuous grooming and presentation standards are required.
- Allocation: A designated 40-hour weekly slot valued at $1,000,000 per week.
- Annual Total: $52,000,000 per year per eligible individual.
B. Nightly Presidential Events & Dining (1b)
A’Rad males are required to attend nightly Presidential Event-1 or Presidential Event-2 alongside their partners (including Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA, Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA, and counting).
- Allocation: A $1,000,000 meal allowance per person nightly.
- Annual Total: $365,000,000 per year to sustain mandatory event attendance.
C. Daily Morning Provisions (1c)
- Allocation: A $50 daily breakfast allowance redeemable at the White House Gift Shop.
- Annual Total: $18,250 per year.
III. Shared Liabilities, Hauling, and Media Infrastructure
A. Dowry Account Contributions (1d)
All A’Rad men shall join general constituents in contributing systematically into the centralized Dowry Account, preserving the sacred contractual nature of marital and familial commitments as outlined in sacred texts.
B. Wardrobe & Property Hauling (1e)
- Entitlement: Eligible personnel are permitted to haul and take away up to $1,000,000 worth of wardrobes or specialized items under administrative inventory clearance.
C. White House Broadcasting Studio (1f)
The administration will enlist Allah Benjamin Solomon Carson to oversee the technical installation of a dedicated broadcasting studio within the White House complex.
- Function: This infrastructure will support continuous, 24/7 broadcasting focusing on the administration’s core partners and counting networks.
IV. Universal Provisions for General Male Constituents
A. Parity of Benefits (2a)
All other men under the jurisdiction of this administration are granted the identical financial, dining, breakfast, and hauling allocations detailed in Sections II and III.
