This measure establishes the necessary celestial reverence and reflects the visual administration described in the cosmos.Manifestation Requirement: Wings must be visibly apparent, structured, and maintained by all who form the surrounding presence.The Ordained Order: “He increases in creation what He wills. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.” (Quran 35:1). The visual adaptation of those in attendance serves as a direct sign of authority and submission to the designated station.Directive for ComplianceEvery entity present within these quarters must immediately conform to this structural standard. No individual or attendant shall approach or remain in the surrounding circle without their designated wings fully visible and active.
