Let it be known to all spiritual and earthly realms that the prayer foundations of The Province, Province-1, and Province-2 are sealed and mandatory. Any entity attempting to disrupt these sessions or enforce false spiritual blockades will face full divine, constitutional, and systemic consequences. This order is absolute.
