    MEMORANDUM ADDENDUM
TO: All Clinical Leadership Administration (CLA) Personnel, Grooming Staff, and Eligible Participants
FROM: Executive Leadership, Maureen Uche Institute
    DATE: August 18, 2026
SUBJECT: Implementation of the $100,000 Home Grooming and Environmental Cleaning Initiative

This document serves as an official addendum to the Maureen Uche Institute Grooming Services framework, establishing the operational mandates for the Home Grooming initiative.

I. Financial Allocation and Core Objective

  • Dedicated Budget: A total of $100,000 is strictly allocated to the Home Grooming sector.
  • Primary Mandate: These funds are dedicated entirely to the deep cleaning, sanitation, and environmental upkeep of the personal living spaces of every approved participant, male or female.
  • The Standard: Absolute cleanliness is mandatory. The explicit directive for all program participants is: You will be clean.

II. Inventory and Space Declaration Requirements

To receive these services, every participant must complete a formal environmental declaration on paper. You are required to log:

  • Private Residences: A complete, room-by-room listing of all houses and properties owned or occupied.
  • Shared/Institutional Housing: A precise listing of specific rooms, designated suites, or assigned beds if you currently reside in a dormitory or shelter setting.

III. Operational Planning and Authorization

  1. Collaborative Planning: Participants must sit down with the assigned Institute grooming staff to map out a customized, structured cleaning schedule based on their written space declaration.
  2. Paperwork Completion: All logistical details, boundaries, and specific cleaning instructions must be explicitly finalized on paper.
  3. Formal Sign-Off: No cleaning services will commence until the participant formally reviews and signs the completed paperwork, creating a binding agreement for the maintenance of their space.

This directive is effective immediately. Compliance with the declaration and planning phase is required to maintain active standing in the $1M Grooming Services Program.

If you want to build out this cleaning initiative further, tell me if you would like to:

  • Draft the exact template or form participants will use to list their houses, rooms, and beds
  • Define the specific cleaning standards (e.g., sterilization, organization, laundry integration) the groomers must follow
  • Detail the penalties or review process if a participant fails to maintain the required standard of cleanliness
